Free Business Coaching

Read on to find out what the catch is.

I’ve  been reflecting the past couple of weeks about what is important to me in my coaching.

I am so very  passionate about business. I love seeing how a business works, how I can speed up its growth; more customers, more sales, out of the box strategies. But more than building my own businesses the greatest high for me is when I help you  succeed.

As the saying goes, give a man a fish and you feed him today, teach him to fish and you feed him forever.

Its such an amazing feeling when I work with a client and see their business evolve and grow, when I see them moving towards the success that they have dreamed of. To help them break through their own personal barriers and see the massive impact of that transformation.

This client went from being an employee to starting he own practice:

“Working with Rob, I accomplished things that otherwise would have remained unfinished ideas. Instead of getting overwhelmed by day-to-day tasks, he guided me to take measured steps that helped me achieve my longer term goals. A compassionate and attentive listener, Rob is able to get to the heart of the matter in a single question. He was always generous in sharing information about resources I wouldn’t have known about, and educating me–without ever preaching–about helpful small business concepts and useful technology.”

Avrum N. – Ontario

Upwards of $500 per session

I don’t come cheap. I dedicate an immense amount of my time and energy to coach you to your own personal greatness.  You would love to have me coach you but $500+/session is way more than you can afford.

Coaching you into a full paying client.

If you can’t afford me coaching you at this point I would like to help you get to the point where you can afford my rates.

I have come up with a game plan that will essentially cost you nothing to have me work with you.

The Coaching That I Will Give You

  • One hour initial one-on-one phone consultation ($750 value)

I will send you an intensive questionnaire that will help us both gain awareness as to where you are, were you want to go and what strategies might serve you in reaching your goals.

  • 15 minutes of  Laser coaching per week ($500/month value)

Every week you can send me an email to request a 15 min private laser coaching phone session. Laser coaching helps to quickly clear the barriers/noise that are getting in your way and massively improve your focus.

  • One hour team Coaching ($3000/month value)

Each week based on the coaching of previous week we will have a team coaching conference call, where we will work through a issue together. This will help you to see your peers perspectives and expand your learning.

  • 1.5  hour Bi-Monthly Business Building Seminar ($4000/month value)

Twice a month I will introduce you to powerful business and marketing Ideas that will help to launch your business towards geometrical growth.

As well I there will be forums where you can network with your peers to help each other to maintain focus and continue to grow.

How much am I going to charge you for this coaching?

“Whoa! Charge me? Rob, I thought you said the coaching would be free.”

You did hear me right. In fact it will be free in one of two ways. Just bear with me a bit more.

Each month you are going to get.

  • 1-on-1 Laser Coaching
  • Team Coaching
  • Business Seminars
  • Networking

The value of this is $7500

But I am not going to charge you that.

I’m not even going to charge you $5,000, $3,000 or even $1000 per month for all of this.

For the next 6 months I am only going to charge you

$299.00

But as I said before its really going to be free.

OK Rob, So How Is It Free Then?

I am not interested in a relationship with you that does not add to your business success in a big way.

I am not here just to hang out with you and make you feel good about yourself.

I am here to make you money!

I beleive in a performance based model, If I don’t succeed , you don’t pay.

Free #1

When I work with you my objective is to help your business grow by at least 20% over the previous year.

An Example:

Say your business has been making you $50,000 per year for the past 5 years.

Through my business coaching you grow by 20% or $10,000

Cost of coaching for 6 months ($299/month) is $1,794

Your profit over the previous year $8,206

So in essence it costs you nothing as I will only get paid with new income that is created through our working together.

Free #2

The first month is a trial period. You do not have to give any payment information at all. If after the first month you decide to continue you will be registered and will be billed $299. Each month you will be asked if you received your moneys worth. If yes. you will be billed $299 if not you won’t be billed anything.

A Small Group.

I will only be working with a limited number of clients through this process, as I only have a small window of time available each week to work with you.

6 Months Only.

This is not an indefinite offer. This coaching process will only be available to you for 6 months.  My intention is after 6 months to graduate you to a full paying client with all its benefits.  My objective is to create millionaires.  If after 6 months you have benefited from the coaching and wish to continue,  but are not motivated to go for significant an ongoing growth in your business, I will be glad to refer you to one of my peers who works with smaller businesses.

Three Ways To Massively Increase Your Profits.

Business, coaching No Comments »

Though there are many ways to grow your business, the best will fall under three categories.

1. Increase Customers/Clients

2. Increase the amount the Customer/Client spends per purchase.

3. Increase the amount of times the Customer/Client purchases over the year.

1. Increase Customers/Client

There are many ways to do this. One of the often missed sources for new customers is through referrals.

I am not saying that you should not use cold marketing tactics. But if you can get more customers, at a lesser cost through warm refferals why not do so?  If your service or product is appreciated by your client, why wouldn’t they want to tell their friends and family?  Just give them the opportunity to do so.

2. Increase the amount the Customer/Client spends per purchase.

Ever been in to The Gap?

You come in for a pair of pants. You find a pair you like. As the salesperson takes you to the checkout what do they ask you?

Would you like a belt, or socks to match?

They give you added value products to go with your purchase.

What could you add to your product or service that would give your customer more value?

Pay attention to your prices. I recently spoke with a client who was trying to increase his revenues. When I looked at his pricing, I noticed that he hadn’t increased his prices in a number of years, plus he was way below his competition. I suggested that he increase his price by 15-20%.   That simple move will probably add 15-20K to his bottom line this year.

3. Increase the amount of times the Customer/Client purchases over the year.

Are there ways to increase the amount of times your customers come to you in a year?

Even if you have  one off type business, remember that you have a customer base that you have developed a relationship with. Maybe you can partner with another business (or even a couple of business) and offer their quality product or service to your customers.

An example would be a Lawn mowing service. Partner with, snow removal, pool cleaning, landscaping, window cleaning, painting, etc..

Do you see the possibilities?  If you took 10% of the business you brought to each of these services through your customers you might end up making more than you make with your own service.

What about cutting expenses?

If you have areas in your business where you can cut costs and eliminate wasting, then do so. The reason I did not put this as one of the categories is because it is not a Top Strategy. You can only cut so much. You will reach a point where your business is streamlined and there is no where else to cut.

With the top three approaches you have endless opportunities to increase your revenues.

So sit down and start thinking of what you could do in one of these categories. Then do it.

Hello 2010 – Beginning On The Right Foot

A better life, coaching No Comments »

We resolve. We forget. We resolve. We forget.

For as long as people have been celebrating new years, they have been following this same pattern. They make large goals for the year ahead, and then as the exhaustion and hangover dissipate on the morning of January 2nd, the frenetic pace of life returns and, the resolutions of the week before are long forgotten.

If your journey is to the east and you travel south, you will never arrive at your destination.

We talk about goals of eating better, exercise, deep relationships, and overall discipline, and then we start are year with excessive eating and inebriation, meaningless kisses, and excessive sleeping and time wasting. Then as a result of our less than stellar choices, we reinforce the negative and make the possibility of achieving our goals all the more challenging.

As you live your moments, so you live your days, week, months, years and LIFE.

Making massive changes in you year and life can be overwhelming, intimidating and debilitating. To change a moment is manageable almost easy. Taking control of those moments will lead to massive life change.

Setting the stage for tomorrows performance.

You have some goals for this year. What is the goal that you want to work on? What is the process, the steps involved to reach that goal. When the stage crew sets the stage for a performance they put one piece, work on one detail at a time. Each piece/detail is not the set, the set is a result and combination of all the pieces.
A goal is not some thing we do, it is something we achieve, and we achieve it through taking the proper steps (one at a time) and the combination of those steps will result in the achievement of your goals.

A new way to enter 2010

Don’t repeat the same process that you have been doing all these years and expect different results.  For tonight just enjoy yourself (responsibly).

Tomorrow can be the beginning of your finest year. To achieve that you must begin with thinking.  Nothing heavy mind you. Partying all night and deep thought don’t really go hand in hand.

For starters just take some time on January 1st to ask your self some thoughtful questions.

What was great about me in 2009?

What strengths did I see in my self?

How did these great moments enhance my life?

What could I do different in 2010 to make my life even better? (answer in the positive)

How would it improve my life?

You’ll know that all these questions focus on the positive.  Positive Focus. Positive State of Mind. Positive Outcomes.

Sun Set. Sun Rise

A year will end and a new year will arrive, you have no controll over this. How you step into the year is in the sphere of your control.
Step forward, step with purpose, step with strength. Be Great.

Enjoy Your Success In 2010

Rob

Are You Defense Strong and Attack Weak?

Business, Uncategorized, Your Best Self, coaching No Comments »

On Wednesday I was playing Squash (my microcosm for reflective growth). Though he was scoring more points, I was doing a good Job of holding off my opponent. The strange thing was that when I had the serve, the level of my game dropped drastically. When I had to defend I brought my skills and strengths to the forefront but when I was on the attack, it was if I had fallen asleep.

I reflected on how this plays out in our business success.

Many times I have heard people say; “I just can’t take it to the next level” or “I know what has to be done, why can’t I succeed?”

I think that herein lies a key.

When we have to Defend what we have already built, we draw on the abilities that we have, we strengthen our resolve and we ensure survival. We do this because the alternatives are often to scary. We would either have to lose what we have built, or start over again.

When it comes to the Attack, the attempt to move forward, we tend to fall into complacency , we hesitate to take steps that might represent to much change, because change is really scary (at least that is what we convince ourselves to be true). As a result we hold back, we don’t draw on all that we have. We create the failure where it had no need to exist.

So what can you do to overcome.

One way is to visualize in your mind what the amazing outcome will be when you move forward. Another is to recognize the strengths and abilities that have brought you to where you are now, and accept that if you have gotten “here” then you can get “there”

The goal is to cultivate your abilities till you become Defense and Attack Strong. Then not only will you be able to hold your ground when the storm rages against, but you will also be able to reach the heights of your success when the way is open to you.
