Push Yourself To The Edge, But Don’t Fall Off The Cliff

You want to be the best possible at what you do. Why use your valuable time to do something and just be mediocre?
To become the best you have to learn new things, step out of your comfort zone, and experience setbacks. You have to push your self hard. You also have to know your limits.

I like hiking, I have many pictures of me sitting or hanging of the edge of cliffs and waterfalls. Not only is the view the best at the edge but I like the sense of exhilaration that I feel when I see nothing but open expanse in front, above and below me

Tough a bit crazy I was never stupid about it. I always made sure that I was more land side then cliff side and I was always holding on to something that was firmly rooted in the ground. Being on the edge is a great experience falling off the edge could be your last experience.

Being your best is about finding your edge, feeling its limit, but not falling off. When you are at your edge you will often experience your best self, when you go over the edge you feel the crash and burn.

Take a moment to reflect on a time that you were at your best.
What were you doing? What were you thinking? How did you feel?

Now think about one or two ways that you can create that experience in your actions today. How can you live at the edge?

Have an Awesome Day.
