Welcome to the beginning.
As I mentioned in my email to you, I have not fully formulated the approach that I want to take in teaming up with you. I want to be open to the ideas that you have and formulate a strategy together. In the next few days I will begin to post some of the ideas I have, I would appreciate if you would do the same.

I don’t want this to be random people doing random things. I would like us work together as a team. If you just see it as Rob’s business you wont get anywhere. I want you to take ownership in our business.
