For throughout my life it has been inside of "failure" that I had the best lessons, where I grew the strongest, where I learned the most, where I grew the fastest. Don't get me wrong. I love "success," inside of which I've had the best margaritas, the strongest vodka tonics, where I rejoiced and celebrated but then forgot what I'd learned. "Failure" is a critical step in growth and development, not to avoided but embraced.
