How Do You Want YOUR Business To Look.

Business 1 Comment »

Last night I finished reading Ann Seig’s latest E-book The Attraction Marketers Manifesto . Out of 75 pages I found well over 70% of it to be valuable.

As I have said before I am not into MLM, DM, Matrix Marketing etc. That being said I do see the value in these types of businesses, their just not my interest. I like helping others build business.

As a Coach, consultant and business owner, I have benefited greatly from Ann’s efforts.

Are there any magic bullet or free rides? No.

Her ideas are sound and they take work (If you believe in free money and think money grows on trees I have a few solar-systems I can sell you for a good price.)

Ann is super-focused on building businesses on the Internet, she works hard cultivating the information. You get to read the Coles Notes.

In a super nutshell the messages are.

Believe in yourself.

Create Value.

Share Knowledge.

Focus on Giving.

If you are a business owner, coach, consultant, MLMer, Doctor, Lawyer, etc. this free e-book is an immensely worthwhile read.

You have to trust in your ability to adapt the ideas to your business. Do you beleive in you?

I am getting ready to begin the second read and will put a list of Twitter length tips together.

What Would You Do If You Believed You Couldn’t Fail? Even Though…..

Your Best Self 2 Comments »

This question shows up in many different forms.

What would you do if you:

Knew you couldn’t fail?
Had all the money you need?
Had Perfect health?
Had Physical Strength?
Had Incredible intelligence?
etc..

For the past few weeks this question has been rolling around in my head. One of the thoughts that kept popping into my mind was “But failure is possible”. As thought provoking as the question is, reality is reality. I can do everything perfectly and still fail.

So I came to an awareness on how to approach the question:

Even Though Failure Is A Possibility. What Would You Do If You Believed You Couldn’t Fail?

Wording the question this way makes it less about outcome, and more about Choice.

Outcomes are affected by so many things external to us that its hard to gauge how things will turn out. But Choice is totally in our control. It’s the only thing we truly have.

But even with that awareness the answer is not complete.

I asked a few people what they would do. Answers that I got.

Buy a lottery ticket.
Retire and buy real-estate.
Travel to…
Climb…
Jump out of…
Sit at home do nothing.
Get a degree in…
Become a…

Some answers were growth oriented others were life wasting oriented. But still it didn’t sit right.

Then yesterday while playing squash the answer hit me (no I didn’t get hit with the ball).

In answer to the question:

Even Though Failure Is A Possibility. What Would I Do If You Believed I Couldn’t Fail?

My choice for that moment was “Win this squash match”

And guess what?

I continued to play badly.

Why wasn’t I winning now?

Why wasn’t I playing better?

The answer was twofold:

1. I didn’t change anything else except my intention.

2. In my mind “If I Was Guaranteed To Win” where would the fulfillment be.

And then the answer that had been evading my finally surfaced.

Even Though Failure Is A Possibility. What Would I Do If You Believed I Couldn’t Fail?

I WOULD CHOOSE TO GIVE IT MY ALL. I WOULD CHOOSE TO CULTIVATE MY BEST…

At that moment the game changed, I started to win.

Instead of just having intention, I directed my awareness to the skills and strength that I have, I compensated for my weaknesses and adapted my game. I put myself into the moment. I did my best.

And in the end… I Lost

3 games to 2 games. Final game lost by two points.

And you know what? I felt great.

Outcomes are not in you control, but you choice to cultivate your best is.

What will you do?

Money Money Money. I think It’s Time for a Sabbatical From Money.

By a show of hands.
How many people want to earn lots of money in their business?

Wow. That’s a lot of hands.

Now by a show of hands.

Who wants to live a meaningless life and die impoverished?

Yeah. Didn’t think so.

When I was 17 years old I set a goal for myself, that by 35 I wanted to have made my first million. This year though close to my goal I decided to give myself till 35yrs 364 days. I have less than 330 to go.

Today I made an interesting discovery. I am not really interested in money!

Now don’t get me wrong, I want to be very successful. I want to travel, take care of my family, give charity and enjoying the fine things in life, but I am not excited by money.

If you give me a $100 bill I will not get palpitations, enter a state of Ecstasy, or spend time admiring the artwork. I will thank you put it in my wallet and put it to good use.

The mind can only hold one thought at a time. If you wish to be successful in your life’s passion, how can you accomplish that if all you are thinking about is making money? If you are focusing on money, your mind is not focusing at all on what you really enjoy.

Imagine driving from New York to Florida and only looking at the odometer. Do you think you will get very far?

If you want to achieve success then its time to take a Sabbatical from thinking about money. If your business/passion is of value, by focusing all your energy into developing yourself, and serving your clients/customer, you will almost be guaranteed financial success.
If you focus on money then you will never arrive at your destination.

My passion is helping others, the path that I am expressing that through is Coaching. Every time I think about money, it is time I am taking away from supporting others in their success.

” I am now taking a sabbatical from focusing on earning money”

Whose with me?

Wishing you abundant success,

Rob

It’s A Shame That I Have To Charge For This

A better life, Your Best Self 4 Comments »

In the past few months I have been going through a coaching process to build and define my coaching practice. In this process I have had to spend time doing assessments and sending out surveys. I have also had to spend a significant amount of time processing much of the information that has been gathered and doing some deep reflecting in order to move forward.

One of the projects though incredibly simple in design and implementation was by far the most beneficial. It took me to a new level of self awareness and was a catalyst in launching me forward towards my personal and professional success.

Now the frustrating thing is, that I can’t tell you about this powerful process in this post. ÂÂ

It’s not because it’s top secret or copyrighted.

It’s because if I tell you about it YOU WON’T DO IT.

“Rob. What are you talking about if you know of something that is going to improve my life an business, of course I will do it.”

Though you might be one of the few that would do it, the vast majority wont. In fact I am paying over $3000 for the full coaching process and when the task was given to me I didn’t even want to do it. The only reason I did do it was because I was paying for a process and I wasn’t going to flush my hard earned money down the toilette.

Even after the fact, knowing how powerful this idea is, I still would not do it unless I was paying for it.

So the reality is if you want to know about this you are going to have to pay for it.

If you want to do something that is going to rocket you forward in your personal and professional life then you will have to contact me for more details.

You have my personal guarantee that if it doesn’t change your life you will get your money back, but you will have to commit to completing the full task.

You can either contact me via email  robmoshe(at)gmail(dot)com

or respond to this post.

Your best self awaits,

Rob
