Though we should never dwell on it, our past experiences often hold the insights on how we can move forward to our best self.
Recall a time or times in your life where you felt the greatest sense of reward.
Why was it rewarding?
What values were you holding to?
What behaviors did you show?
This questioning will help you to get a greater sense of the values that are important to you , and the awareness that you should look for opportunities to recreate the feeling.
By continually doing that which we find rewarding, we move through our days with a feeling of accomplishment and purpose.

Without awareness there can be no growth. If we don’t ask the questions that cause us to go deep within ourselves, and discover who we are, and what we value, it will be difficult to ever experience positive and complete forward growth.

Feel free to share your responses in the comment section.
If there were no limitations, no consequences, no judgements.
What would you do?
