Eat, Sleep, Touch Your Toes And Be Merry

This is going to be a group reflective post. Its less about my opinion and more about your thoughts.

I want to know what you think your life would look like if you consistently:

  • Ate healthy.
  • Got your required amount of sleep.
  • Exercised daily.
  • Focused on the positive.

How would your life be different if you practiced these four things?

How do you think society as a whole would look like if these 4 things were practiced?

If you are doing all these things already please share with everyone your experiences.

Please comment below.

    Hey freerk bos,

Would society have to be blind to the negative.
How would a a positive solution oriented person deal with the negatives that come up?

A whole society focusing on the positive sounds wonderful, but imagine a world full of people blind to the negative…

I believe all of the above would be a great way to live ones life to the fullest. I am living them right now because quess what I am in my sixties with no health problems aside from the stresses of living what the world put on you. I am a survivor. You can do all the things right so far as your health is concerned, but there is always the unknown.

I believe that all of the above, would contribute to having a Fantastic Lifestyle. It would prolong your life and create more happiness in the world. We would have happier workplaces, raise happier children, have happier relationships and have more to give to others.Carrie

i already do most of these things to the best of my ability but i don’t let it rule my life cause i live for enjoying life, i don’t focus on how many calories i eat or how many situps i do. I feel that if i can do it anybody can, and someone who is already active during the day and living their life to the fullest shouldnt have a problem with this as long as you stay active. Anything active like walking instead of driving to somewhere close or going for a late night stroll it really can be fullfilling and if you feel good about what your doing then it makes you feel good. People know about the vicious cycle of bad health, eat more bad food then you dont feel active so you eat more bad food, this is the same except for good heath and i feel it really works. its really hard to explain it over a computer, i always tell people to go to a personal trainer or a nutritionist, yeah it may cost a bit but its worth it to live longer and be happy =DD

Well I believe that the world would be a happier place, however I don’t think that all of that would get rid of obesity, heart problems, depression etc… It would be a nice step for the world to take though.
