Often change is preceded by a single event, it can be as magical as the birth of your child, as simple as a casual interaction that you observed, or as painful as the traumatic loss of a loved one. The change was there waiting to happen it just needed the spark that would ignite the chain reaction that led to your growth.
What has been your catalyst for change?
Sharing this not only gives you a sense of what has moved you forward, but it can also give strength to others who are going through difficult times. Often it is our lowest moments that are are strongest catalysts for change.
I do hope you will take a few moments to share.

“Often it is our lowest moments that are are strongest catalysts for change.”
Truer words have never been spoken.
Without getting into details, each major change (for the better) in my life was preceded by periods of painful immobility a.k.a comfort zone. It gets to a point where you think: “You know, the risk can’t be that much worse that the pain of not doing anything”. Alas, why do we often have to live the same lesson over, and over, and over again?
