The Beginning of the Beginning

We all have dreams that we wish to come true. Too often our dreams remain just that, dreams.

We dream and we wish but we never take action. Action precedes change. Action is what makes our dreams reality.

You are witnessing my dream becoming reality.

Since my early teens I have been obsessed with two things. Personal Growth, and Business.

Lets start with Personal Growth:

In my early teens I was far from what you would call popular. No image, no confidence, few friends. By 16 I decided that I needed to change but I wasn't sure where to begin. So I unconventionally went to the book store and bought a copy of Dale Carnegies "How to Win Friends and Influence People.". By the end of that school year I threw a house party where over 100 people showed up and was talked about at school for a week, and my few friends grew into a crowd.

Needless to say from that point on I was hooked, I read as much as I could on the subject of personal growth and put it into action.
By my University years I had achieved what I thought were my social and personal goals: strong self image, lots of confidence, and Lots of friends.

Now coming into my mid thirties I have realized that quality is far more important than quantity. I am no longer focused on the social scene and I have a small but incredibly close and special group of friends.

Now about the Zealous Entrepreneur;

I love business.

My mother tells me that since I was in grade school I was always selling something.

I was the type of kid that would have garage sales and lemonade stands every summer. One of my first official businesses was a lawn mowing business. I decided that I needed a gas powered lawn mower to mow our 10ft X 30ft lawn (3 min. with a manual mower wasn't quick enough), so I borrowed the money from my mother on condition that I would pay her back by the end of the summer. I made a few flyers spent a day walking around drumming up business, and I was busy the rest of the summer mowing lawns. Paid back my mother within a few weeks and made plenty of money for myself.

In the past 15 years I have started various businesses that have made me hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I don't stay in one business for a very long time, as my joy is more in the building. I spend a few  years building and benefiting from a business and then I either move on from it or sell it. Currently I am in the third year of an online label business, www.label-land.com and hopefully will be selling this one in the next 2 years.

I've learned a lot of things along the way and I have used that knowledge to help people over the years but I have always dreamed of talking it to the next level, the level of professional consulting.

I set this goal of consulting when I was 17 years old and now it is time to get the lead out.

This blog will serve a twofold purpose; One is to share my ideas on personal success and business mastery, the second is to serve you in any way I can to help you make your dreams reality.

Lets Begin.
